TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TO SECURE A BOOKING:

*Bookings are secured  if a deposit of $300 is received within 48 hours.

*Public holidays / Long Weekends are a minimum three (3) night stay. Easter long weekend is a minimum stay of four (4) nights.

*We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to an extra $100 for cleaning to guests, should they decide to rebook, who we consider make our job of cleaning harder than reasonable.

CANCELLATIONS:

If, for some reason, you need to cancel your stay and we can't re-book another suitable occasion then we reserve the right to keep your payment, either in part or in whole, depending upon the circumstances of the cancellation and the amount of notice provided.
